Betting & Game Rules

These Betting & Game Rules govern all real-money play at Spin Casino. They apply alongside the Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, game-specific rules take precedence over these general rules.

1. General Provisions

All games at Spin Casino use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that is independently audited for fairness. By placing a bet, you accept these rules in full. Spin Casino reserves the right to update these rules with reasonable notice.

2. Bet Placement & Acceptance

A bet is accepted once confirmed by the system and displayed in your bet history. You may not cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the server records take precedence. Incomplete rounds are resolved based on the game's disconnection protocol.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface. Malfunction voids all pays and play. In the event of a technical fault, all affected bets are voided and stakes returned. Free spins and bonus features are subject to the wagering contribution rules outlined in Section 10 of the T&Cs;.

5. Live Casino Rules (Evolution Gaming)

Live tables are streamed from professional studios operated by Evolution Gaming. Bets placed after the "no more bets" announcement are void. In the event of a dealer disconnection, the round is managed per Evolution Gaming's standard protocol — affected rounds are typically declared invalid and stakes returned. Results displayed in-game are final once confirmed by the system.

6. Crash Games Rules

Games such as Aviator (Spribe) and Spaceman (Pragmatic Play) use Provably Fair technology. Results can be independently verified using the server seed provided after each round. Auto-cashout and manual cashout options are available. If you fail to cash out before the multiplier crashes, your bet is lost. Partial cashout (where supported by the provider) allows withdrawal of a portion of your bet during a round.

7. Blackjack Rules

Multiple variants of blackjack are available including Classic Blackjack, European Blackjack, and Multi-Hand variants. Standard payout for blackjack is 3:2. Players may double down, split pairs, and purchase insurance according to the specific variant rules displayed in-game. Dealer stands on soft 17 in most variants.

European Roulette (single-zero) is the primary variant offered, with an RTP of 97.30%. American Roulette (double-zero, RTP ~94.74%) and other variants may also be available. Maximum bet limits per number, colour, and combination are displayed in the game interface.

9. Jackpot Games Rules

Progressive jackpots accumulate through a percentage contribution from each bet placed. Jackpot wins are credited directly to your account and confirmed via email. Maximum payout per single win (non-progressive) is 5,000× your bet stake unless otherwise stated in the game rules.

10. Bonus Wagering Rules

11. Fair Play & Anti-Abuse

Each player is permitted one account. Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any system to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Collusion, arbitrage exploitation, and bonus abuse are grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

12. Palpable Error

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, any bets accepted under those erroneous conditions are void and stakes are returned. Spin Casino is not liable for losses or missed winnings resulting from palpable errors.

13. Disputes

Game results are recorded server-side for 90 days. To dispute a result, contact support within 14 days of the disputed event. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the relevant regulatory body. See Contact page for escalation procedures.
